After installation of the application you can easily login into the app by entering your mobile number. As you enter the mobile number you will get an OTP on your number and after that you can easily run the DIP application.

Choose Your Category

After login there are three tabs which can be seen on bottom of your screen.

• Send request

For sending the request for work you can choose from the available two options whether residential or commercial as per your requirement.

DIP offers services like waterproofing, painting, architectural finishes, floor polish, injection grouting, self leveling floorings, floor coatings, concrete structures repair and many more with just a one click.

Select Job Segment

For both the residential and commercial segments there are various options available in the DIP. You can choose any option as per your requirement and make a request in DIP.

Fill Up the Form

FOR describing the request there is an easy to fill form is available in the application. In which you can describe your problem with description or via adding images. For making request you have to select an approximate area of application and address of the area.

Profile Section

In this profile tab you can update your profile like, profile picture, email address etc. There are also various options are available like privacy policy and terms and conditions. You can also share and rate the application.

Inquiry Details

After completion of your work you can easily check your warranty certificate from the details. You can also check your payment history, work steps, etc. For any kind of complaint regarding the work you can easily update from the complaint tab. For feedbacks and suggestions you can update in to the details and will submit to the admin.
